CX Engagement Specialist (Community Manager Sr.)
- Experience in radio, television or media.
- Heavy user of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube.
- Three year of experience as CM with major brands.
- Advance English level.
- Good writing and spelling.
- Create, publish and moderate (respond / hide / report cases to the corresponding area) all the creative content provided in the defined RRSS channels.
- Coordinate content production and implementation with external agency.
- RTM event coverage.
- Coordinate with the media agency the implementation of advertising guidelines in the contents published in the RRSS.
- Participate in all team meetings with the objective of reporting the performance of the communication in RRSS and giving input on the proposed content.
- Management of crisis alerts received directly in the RRSS channels of the brand, tracking them and action proposal.
- Realization of monthly quantitative and qualitative reports of the performance in the RRSS.
